It is composed of harmless phosphogypsum, lightweight steel slag, fly ash and other industrial waste residues, and is cured by variable frequency steam pressure. Lightweight partition board has the advantages of light weight, high strength, multiple environmental protection, thermal insulation, sound insulation, breathable humidity control, fire prevention, fast construction, and reduced wall cost; its weight is only one-eighth of that of a solid brick wall, its strength reaches C30, its thermal conductivity is only one-third of that of a solid brick wall, its sound wave conductivity is only one-quarter of that of a solid brick wall, it automatically adjusts the indoor air humidity, saves the land occupied by industrial waste residues, prevents industrial waste residues from polluting the air and water sources, saves 15 to 20% of the wall cost, and improves the construction efficiency by three to five times. In addition, since it is produced by wet process using harmless treated phosphogypsum, it does not need to be dehydrated and dried, so it does not require expensive equipment investment. Therefore, it can be said that the advent of GRC lightweight partition board technology will open a new chapter in the comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum, which has outstanding environmental significance. The modified lightweight partition board is a high-strength lightweight wall material made of composite gelling materials such as lightly burned magnesium oxide, magnesium chloride, silicon, calcium, etc., by adding modifiers, mixing industrial waste slag such as fly ash, and adding plant fibers such as crop straw. The inner layer is equipped with reasonably arranged heat-insulating and sound-absorbing inorganic foaming profiles or other thermal insulation materials. The wall panels are cast, leveled, and scientifically maintained on the assembly line. The production is highly automated and has many specifications and varieties. The engineering design unit or construction contractor should provide the partition board installation company with the wall plan layout and partition-related technical indicators in the construction drawing in advance, including the following:

1. Explain the type and axis distribution of the partition wall strips, the wall thickness requirements, the distribution positions and opening sizes of doors and windows, the distribution positions and slot sizes of pipelines;

2. Clarify the functional requirements of the slatted partition wall, whether it is waterproof, whether it is required to hang heavy objects, and the measures to be taken;

3. Specify the fire prevention and sound insulation indicators of the strip partition walls;

4. Clarify the impact and earthquake resistance requirements of the slatted partition walls.

In order to ensure the quality of the project, the engineering design unit is required to put forward basic index requirements for the architectural function and usage function of the strip wall, so that the performance of the partition wall can reach the optimal index.

Introduction to the construction requirements of lightweight partition boards:

1.GRC lightweight partition board ceiling: It is best to hang the whole ceiling for easy cleaning. Usually PVC and aluminum-plastic gussets are used for ceiling. Note that anti-aging materials should be selected, because the kitchen is smoky all day long, and the decoration materials age quickly.

2. Lightweight partition board floor: It is best to use non-slip flooring with small joints to reduce the accumulation of dirt and facilitate cleaning. The kitchen floor should have a floor drain to facilitate floor cleaning and drainage.

3. Lightweight partition wall: It is best to use tiles to the top for easy cleaning. In some houses, the kitchen wall tiles are only pasted to a height of 1.8 meters, which is not enough and needs to be supplemented to the top.

4. Lighting: Chinese cuisine is very particular about color, so the kitchen should be well lit, and the lights at night should be bright enough, and the color of the light should be white, otherwise it will affect the judgment of color and make it difficult to control the cooking temperature. At the same time, avoid shadows caused by lights, and try not to use spotlights.
